Squatting beside and holding onto an I beam they were about to lift via Bridge [REDACTED]

As the beam started to lift the floor it rolled toward the associate. Their hand clamped down and the rolling motion pulled them into a piece of detail welded to the I-Beam with it striking them on the left side of their face
