[REDACTED] was pulling 30 pounds of partially thawed cushion meat off of a metal rack The cushion meat was in a large plastic box liner [REDACTED] could only grab one side of the bag she pulled the product off the shelf it was slippery She went to grab the other side of the product and her hand slipped causing all the weight of the product to pull her right arm and shoulder down She felt a pull and a pop in her right arm and shoulder
