What happened
A fleet driver was delivering transfer material to another location. While traveling [REDACTED] pulled over to check straps and noticed some dunnage that could potentially fly off the trailer. The EE stepped up on piece of framing at the end of the trailer to grab the loose dunnage did not have enough forward momentum and came back towards the ground. Consequently they fell & landed on their elbow and side.
