What happened
EE was cleaning the shop. He was helping clean around the [REDACTED]. As he was cleaning he noticed shorty moving a trash bin with a forklift. as he was backing out the way his feet got tangled with some welding wire on the floor. he lost his balance and began to fall. he attempted to catch his fall using the welding racks at the [REDACTED]. As he fell he landed on extended right arm. As he got up there was a lot of pain in his right shoulder area. He was taken to Ballinger Memorial Hospital for evaluvation.
