The employee was attempting to access their work location at [REDACTED] 's office entrance on [REDACTED].

The employee tripped and fell on sidewalk in front of [REDACTED] office on [REDACTED]. After crossing [REDACTED] from the [REDACTED] parking lot at approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] they noticed a red SUV illegally parking in front of the main entrance to [REDACTED]. To avoid SUV and other vehicles on the roadway they attempted to approach the entry via the sidewalk. Due to the scaffolding surrounding the building there was no way to enter the wider portion of the sidewalk their only option was to walk between the scaffolding and a parked car which was connected to a electric service bank via a large black power cord. While navigating the power cord they tripped over the suspended cord and fell on their hands and knees.

The employee fell on their hands and knees scarping the pads on both hands as well as the back of 3 fingers.
