Using a hi lo to raise furance door
What happened
Chain on outer door of furance #40 broke causing the door to fall on the cart chain. Another employee used poles to pry the door from the chain. When doing so they bent the flame rod causing the flame screen to no longer work. This allowed air to suck into the furance which then caused in to blow. [REDACTED] was nearby on the hi lo at this time.
