Patient needed to use the restroom and employee noticed a skin tear on their left elbow. Employee notified nurse and patient needed of the toilet and would not wait for the dressing. Employee asked patient to watch his elbow and not rub it on employee.

Patient proceeded to run elbow (with blood) all the way down the forearm of the employee. Employee had on gloves but arm was exposed.
