Squatting down to pick up a 8 pack of 2 liters
What happened
I drove up on my electric standing pallet jack to the [REDACTED] I was going down the line of 2 liter sodas pulling my pallet jack along side with me. I get to a pallet where the stock was low so having to squat down to pick up the 8 pack of 2 liters was necessary. I have my pick in position. I begin to rise not even a foot from my squat position and I get a stun to the lower side of my back. I wasn�t able to keep my balance so I tilt forward and catch myself. I had to regain my composure for a few seconds before being able to get up with a bit of struggle. I had to take a breather because the pain was major. After that I was trying to walk it off.
