EE was inspecting a Vert panel off the laser scribe pogoes with assistance from another employee.

EE was removing a Vert panel off the laser scribe pogoes with assistance from another employee to place onto a rolling table. The vert panel weighs approximately 100 lbs. EE had his back turned to the table and twisted to see where the table was and watching out for the pogoes that were lowered on the floor so he did not trip over them. EE tried to lift with his legs but the height of the pogoes were at his abdominal. EE continued to work the day of the injury and reported to his supervisor the injury first thing the [REDACTED]. The supervisor told the employee to go to the chiropractor at the end of the shift. Another employee told the EE that he needed to report the injury to the EHS coordinator and HR. HR sent EE to Work Health Solutions. He returned back to work with restrictions.
