removing masking tape off a panel.

EE was removing masking tape off a panel using a X-Acto knife. EE was using the knife at the bottom of the tape and was flicking the knife up with some force and the knife slipped and lacerated his left index finger. The blade on the knife was just replaced. EE was not using a cut resistant glove on his noncutting hand. Supervisor took EE to Medwise Urgent Care and received 4 stitches. EE was release back to work with no restrictions.
