Before the incident

[REDACTED] was washing tubs and was on the outlet side of the tub washer when chemical from the washer managed to splash into her right eye.

What happened

Uncertain believed the feeder was working too quickly for the outlet side to keep up and resulted in rushing to keep up. If feeder feeds lids and tubs too fast the water splashes everywhere and causes the outlet person to work quickly to flip the tubs to drain the excess water caught in the lip of the tub.
