Masking parts in topcoat

EE was masking parts by the topcoat paint kitchen. EE was using a ruler that had tape wrapped around the 1 inch mark to help get an accurate measurement of the part. EE went to remove the tape from the ruler using a X-Acto knife. When the EE went to cut the tape off the ruler with her right hand EE was cutting towards her body with her left hand close to the tape. The blade of the X-Acto knife slipped and lacerated her left index finger. EE received 3 sutures and was put on restrictions.
