Employee was at sealer booth #8 in order to rotate a pallet that is riding a conveyor line a employee taps with foot to rotate the pallet and or board that carries the bed frame and or individual job down the line in order to spray sealer on all 4 sides of the bed frame and or individual job.
Injury or illness
Employee felt a right knee strain as she was tapping with her foot the pallet and or board that carries the bed frame and or individual job. At the time of injury the job was a bed frame.
Object or substance involved
The pallet and or board was difficult to tapped with her foot making her kick harder so she strained her right knee by kicking with more force. Maintainence adjusted this pallet and or board to make it easier to tap and do the job as intended.
