What happened
Employee was sorting totes of incoming parts for the return process. Totes were staged on the floor of the scrap room. Employee bent down to lift a tote with one PN 13773 (weighing 13.64lbs) off of the floor and up to the workbench to process the parts. Workbench height is roughly 3 above the floor. Upon straightening back up and lifting the tote employee felt a twinge in their lower back.
