Banding coil of metal material.

Employee was banding a coil of material. While trying to band material it kept slipping out of his grip. He removed his gloved to get a better grip on band while doing this the bander pushed against his uncovered hand causing it to hit the side of the coil. This caused a laceration on his left pointer finger.
