Before the incident
EE was working on the stuffing part of the Air Cleaner assembly line (assembling doors and installing media filters and doors onto the metal air cleaner frames).
What happened
The doors were not attaching properly because a tab was bent at an unusual angle. EE attempted to use his right hand to bend the tab back to the correct angle when his hand slipped and contacted the edge of the tab resulting in a laceration to his palm wrist.
