Team member came to safety on [REDACTED] and stated that on [REDACTED] he was working at OSY loading the conveyor belt with caps. He went to push the pallet of caps to be built when he felt a pain in his lower left back. He finished out his shift and went home and went to bed. When he woke up on [REDACTED] he couldn 't move and had a lot of pain in his back. He went to the hospital and was treated. He is off work at this time and has a recheck on [REDACTED] [REDACTED].
