The Stacker Operator was climbing up onto a unit of lumber to adjust a misplaced sticker. As he stepped onto the unit the toe of the employee 's boot snagged a protruding board causing them to stumble forward. In an attempt to break their fall they extended their left arm and injured their shoulder in the process.
