Associate was putting a sheet metal part on a fixture. Hammers it down. Fastens part to fixture with screws Runs part through Laser Machine. When completed ([REDACTED]) he unscrews the part from the fixture and hammers it off the fixture. From there he hammers part on a check guage to validate the part. After validation he hammers part off of the check fixture. Did 30 - 35 parts that day. 60 parts [REDACTED]

[REDACTED] he could not lift his arm up due to pain. He went to ER to get checked out.
