Before the incident
Driver parked combination and was going to unhook from trailer.
What happened
Driver went to walk around the trailer and a plastic strap was across the gap between the trailers with an end under each trailer tandem tire. Driver was walking between the trailers and did not see the strap sticking up and it grabbed his foot causing him to trip and then fall forward to the ground striking the ground with his face causing injury to his nose breaking his glasses.
