What happened
EE was moving a Gaylord that weighed approx. 250 lbs with the items in it when the pallet jack got stuck and he was going to release the pallet jack manually he went to pull the pin out and his left little finger got caught in between the pin and the bracket that holds it injuring his left little finger. EE has iced the finger. There is a sharp pain that goes up and down the finger. It is swollen between the middle joint and his ringer is bruising. EE cannot make a fist using the left little finger and he cannot straighten the finger completely. EE was referred to the provider d t EE is not able to make a fist with his left little finger or straighten it.
