What happened
Cooling rack of hot cherry pies rolled away from employee as she pulled a tray out. This caused boiling cherry filling to fall on the employee 's right arm. In her attempt to place the tray of pies down she overcorrected for the pain on her right arm and the tray scalded her left arm. She used the first aid kit to treat her injury and did not require further medical attention.
