walking into storage trailer

Maintenance associate was placing a previously retrieved fan back into the storage trailer stepping over pallets to get to a bin that where the fans were stored. He lost his balance and fell down onto a pallet containing metal hangers used in our pallet flow racking systems onsite. The associate 's left leg struck against the metal hanger located on the top of the stack resulting in a vertical laceration that started above his ankle and ended below his knee.
