TM was in the process of repairing pallets at the repair table.
What happened
TM flipped the pallet onto the edge twice inspecting all components from various angles. TM looked off in another direction of the repair table. Pallet accelerated beyond TMs control. TMs right hand missed the pallet and ended up between the table and the pallet.
