What happened
Associate was blowing scarf out of Agritek holding air supply hose with one hand and shutoff valve in the other. Associate pulled the nozzle out of the tube and shutoff valve handle came off of nozzle. Air nozzle whipped up and struck associate knocking face shield safety glasses and hat off and struck him in the right eye.
