What happened
Member was attempting to read a calibration tag in Machining and crawled under a desk to better see the tag. In an effort to assist Machining member at the station rolled the desk away to clear space causing a cylinder piston sitting upright on nearby surface to tip over and fall on crouched member. Incident resulted in a forehead laceration.
