Sitting at his desk working at his computer getting ready to stand up.

Employee lifts pulls pushes foam packages onto carts around the shop floor and into trailers. He was sitting at his desk working when he stood up and felt a sharp pain coming from the back side of his Right knee calf thigh. As he moves around the pain lessens but is still there. After sitting for a length of time and then stands up the pain returns with great intensity.
