Driver stated he heard an air leak while he was backing the trailer into the dock. He felt the seat lower. He reported it to [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] had someone come out to fix the entire chair but the mechanic only fixed the leak. Driver was on his way back to the terminal and he was not comfortable while sitting. When he arrived he felt the pain in his lower back.
