Before the incident
Employee was unwrapping a pallet to be reworked by cutting off the plastic wrapping with a safety razer and pulling the wrap off.
What happened
While pulling the plastic wrap off the pallet the employee walked over the pallet wrapper to dispose of the wrapping. While walking over the pallet wrapper the employee tripped and fell.
Injury or illness
Employee sustained a slight cut on his forehead and pain in his right shoulder. Upon medical examination it was determined that the employe fractured his right scapula.
