What happened
To verify the plow brush had been leveled the employee kneeled placing his left hand on the metal frame between the plow and the level screw. The Maintenance Tech then asked a coworker to lower the brush to verify the leveling was done correctly inadvertently catching his finger between the lowering plow brush level screw and stationary deck.
