What happened
The employee said she was feeling hot and a little dizzy and asked supervisor if she could take her lunch. The supervisor agreed and she walked outside in the rain carrying a drink in one hand. She decided to sit at one of the tables that was covered with an umbrella in the courtyard and as she walked over to it she either tripped over a raised portion of the concrete or fell due to dizziness she didn 't know for sure.
