What happened
Employee was taking some concave pieces to station 3 between two combines. As he was watching the concave pieces to make sure he didn 't hit the tires on the combine the left rear corner of the safety cage on the forklift hit the combine on the right of him. As he tried to push the combine away from him his right pinky finger got caught between the combine and the safety cage of the forklift.
