What happened
Employee was checking water pressure sight tubes in LC [REDACTED] Row 4 top floor. He climbed up to adjust the water and when climbing down he put his hand down on the egg belt trough. In that s spot was one of the egg belt hangers and it had a sharp damaged edge that cut and sliced into his hand as he put pressure to lower himself down. He immediately called a supervisor on the radio.
