What happened
While on descent the employee was picking up trash and chatted with the passenger at [REDACTED] for a couple minutes. As they turned to head up the aisle we hit quite a few air pockets turbulence (moderate to severe) This caused my body to rise up and over hitting my left side of my neck and head on the upper hand rail above the A side seats. As they came down hit my buttock pretty hard on the chair arm rest. After sitting in jumpseat we took a pretty hard landing shooting a sting down the back of left leg.
