EE lost footing fell and hit head causing laceration above the eye and abrasion on the lip mouth area. EE not sure what caused him to lose footing. EE not sure what he hit his head on. EE reported blacking out after impact. Employee knew his name and where he was and seemed to be otherwise fully coherent when spoken to. EE also reported not feeling and head pain or aches only injury he felt was mouth and laceration above eye.
