EE was adjusting the [REDACTED] pillow pack infeed guides while guiding the bulk units at the infeed when she placed he right hand under the knife
What happened
The associate was working in our Bulk Dinner Role packaging area at the pillowpack machine. She is stating that she was trying to look through the machine to line up the guides from the entry and exit side was up on her toes to get a better angle and slipped. She states when she slipped her hand came down on the conveyor which took her hand towards the entry area of the sealer and serrated knife.
