What happened
Driver was picking up a [REDACTED]s trailer. It is a food grade trailer and he needed to make sure it was clean. The floor is not flat there are slits in the floor of the trailer to allow water to drain when the trailer is cleaned. Right as he climbed into the trailer his right foot hit a slit in the floor causing his knee to buckle and he fell. He hurt the middle of his back while trying to get up.
