What happened
An associate was adding a stator to the front assembly. After sending the pallet forward the associate noticed a bent stator wire and reached with their right hand to correct the bent wire. The associate 's right hand index finger was caught by the part and the same hand finger was pulled to the next station. As the stator press engaged the associate was unable to free their right hand index finger resulting in the same hand finger to get pinched between the stator and the stator press. Once the machine cycled through the associate was able to remove their hand finger.
