EE was attempting to assist clamp truck operator by removing a couple of tightly packed boxes from trailer when the clamps slipped off a stack of boxes while the operator was trying to back out resulting in the EE being pinned against the inside wall of the trailer by the outside flat edge of the clamp blade.
