What happened
Shoulder strain. EE picked up a pan of brass parts turned to dumped in the cage in order to wash the parts then he felt pain on the upper right shoulder. EE used icepack and took [REDACTED] for pain relief then EE reported to the supervisor about the incident. The next day the pain didn 't go away EE decided to go see dr. and came back with the dr. 's note with 3 days off work along with medication prescribe [REDACTED] 500mg and methocarbamol 500mg.
