Walking backward down a slope

Team Member alleges that while working Quality Liaison at AAP Honda Equipment Services needed broken shipping pallets removed. The pallets were stacked 7 high on a metal rolling cart. They were walking to the shipping dock with another team member to help load the shipping pallets. The second team member was walking backwards down the dock slope and seemed to be struggling with the weight of the cart. The injured team member turned to put their hand on the handle of the cart they took a step backward down the slope and felt a pop in their left calf. Team member described the pop as the feeling of a rubber band snapping. They felt pain in their left calf and was unable to put weight on their left foot.
