EMPLOYEE WAS GIVEN LATEX GLOVES FOR USE WHILE HANDLING ZEP BY SUPERVISOR WHILE AT WORK SITE HE FELT THE GLOVES DIDNOT FIT PROPERLY SO HE REMOVED AND INSTEAD USED HIS OWN NON LATEX GLOVES EMPLOYEE HAS DEMENISHED FEELING IN HANDS DUE TO DIABETIC NUEROPATHY AND DIDN 'T NOTICE THE BURNING SENSATION INITIALLY
