Tightening load strap
What happened
Employee was tightening straps in truck. When removing slack from strap employee pulled strap while leaning away from the load and the strap snapped out of the E-bracket mounting system in the truck. The employee fell and landed on their lower right back hip buttock on the bumper plate of the dock. 911 was called and EMTs were dispatched and took the employee to the hospital for treatment.
