[REDACTED] was moving a heavy part with a magnet and the magnet let loose and dropped the steel on his foot. I called [REDACTED] to come and look at it. Steel fell on top of [REDACTED] 's left foot. Foot was bruised. At the time [REDACTED] looked at it he decided to not send him in but informed [REDACTED] that if he felt it needed to be looked at they needed to go to the ER at [REDACTED] in [REDACTED] [REDACTED] went to ER.
