The associate was trying to position the tube guider on grading frame 6 because it was hard to shift she placed her left hand on top of the guider and her right hand on the bottom to push into position.

Due to the force applied when pushing the guider the associates left hand slipped and her left wrist hit the corner edge of the batcher panel.
