What happened
Employee was operating molder [REDACTED]. The aftermarket part in the machine did not mold correctly so employee took it out of the molder and cut off the bad mold. As employee was placing the part back in the molder the molder cycled fracturing their right middle and ring fingers and lacerating the right ring finger. First aid was administered and the employee was sent out to be further evaluated.
