Cleaning conveyor with a water hose.

Associate was cleaning the McG Line 2 Incline conveyor when they placed their hand in the conveyor to pull it down to wash out McG remnants. It appears on the video that they were reaching in to get something and looked away at the same time and the glove got pulled up and into the roller. The conveyor is moving during cleaning operations. Associate was wearing grey cotton and green rubber gloves. (Double gloves are worn due to the water temperature.)
