Per employee skin irritation started five weeks prior to this report to Employee Health. Patches of skin became dry irritated even blistered and broke open in a few areas. Employee has seen two providers and been prescribed three different creams. Provider identified the problem as eczema and tells employee the eczema was likely irritated by heat and sweat inside heavy-duty gloves
