SHE TRIED TO ADJUST THE MACHINE WHICH IN A HYDRUALIC PUNCH OUT MACHINE. INSTEAD OF LOCKING IT OUT SHE JUST APPLIED THE FOOT PEDAL AND STACKED ADJUSTING WHILE HOLDING THE FOOT PEDAL. SHE ACCIDENTALLY RELEASED THE PEDAL WHILE SHE WAS ADJUSTING AND CUT HER SELVE.
