Before the incident
Had a plugged nozzle in Chamber 6 on [REDACTED]. Put PPE Coat and safety glasses and gloves on to enter the chamber. Removed nozzle cleaned it then replaced nozzle and put the door back on. Sprayed gloves and sleeves of coat then went to take coat off by not untieing the strap removed over head with head at a slight downward angle. In pthe process felt something hit my eye.
